Stephanie
RDH
Stephanie has passionately provided dental care since 2009. After joining our practice in 2015, she has become a vital part of our team through her positivity, teamwork, and care for our patients. Stephanie completed her education at the University of Delaware and Delaware Technical and Community College, graduating magna cum laude.
Stephanie works in dentistry as it allows her to help her patients achieve and maintain their best oral health in a positive and comforting environment. She enjoys witnessing her patients overcome previous dental anxiety and pain. When Stephanie is not working at American Dental Care, she enjoys giving back to her community. She has volunteered for both the Eastern Shore Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile, which provides free dental care to underserved children.
In her spare time, Stephanie can be found on the water. She enjoys boating, paddle boarding, and fishing. Stephanie also loves playing with her Labrador retrievers and watching scary movies.
Damaris
RDH
Damaris began her career in dentistry in 2004 as a dental assistant with Jamaica Hospital. She decided to further her education in dentistry. In 2014, Damaris completed her Dental Hygiene degree at Hostos Community College. Upon graduation, she worked in pediatric dentistry before moving to Delaware to be closer to family. In 2019, Damaris joined American Dental Care and has loved being a part of and contributing to our wonderful team.
Damaris has always enjoyed learning about dentistry and finding ways to give back to her community. She enjoys teaching others the importance of oral health and how it can affect one's overall health. She strives for a positive patient experience where she can collaborate with patients on their care plans to optimize their health. Damaris feels accomplished when her patients feel comfortable and happy to receive care.
Damaris currently resides in Magnolia with her husband, two children, and three dogs. Damaris loves spending time with her family, participating in after-school sports, being outdoors, and attending church.
Kelli
RDH
Kelli has worked in dentistry for over ten years. After working as a dental assistant, Kelli decided to further her education at The Community College of Philadelphia in Dental Hygiene, becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2019. Kelli joined American Dental Care in 2020 and has proven herself to be an excellent addition to our dental family.
Kelli enjoys working in dentistry because it is incredibly fulfilling. She loves educating her patients and seeing the improvements they make at home. Working in dentistry has allowed Kelli to make a difference in her patient's lives, which she feels is the best reward.
Kelli is a new mom to her beautiful daughter, Emma. In her spare-time, you can find Kelli spending time with her family and watching Emma grow.
Rajshri

Raji has loved working in dentistry for the past five years. Raji completed her Masters of Accounting in Australia, but was drawn to a career in dentistry. Raji completed her education to become a Registered Dental Hygienist at Delaware Community College. After joining our practice in 2020, Raji has become an integral part of our team and our patient's oral health.
Raji decided to work in dentistry because it is one of the only parts of the medical field which focuses on prevention. Raji loves knowing that every single day she is helping change her patient's oral health and confidence so they can proudly show their beautiful smiles. She also feels motivated to help patients with dental anxiety fight their fears and feel comfortable at the dental office. She celebrates every accomplishment, such as her patient's first dental visit, losing one's first baby tooth, or when her patients apply her recommendations and improve their oral health.
In her spare-time, Raji loves spending time with her three children, traveling, cooking, and reading. Raji is a huge fan of Marvel, Harry Potter, and Game of Thrones.
